Mary Jane Is a Published Author, Trainer & Assessor, Diploma qualified  in Social Work roles. She gained her coaching training from Melbourne's prestigious Coaching Institute.

Mary Jane understands how important a trauma informed approach is for some clients in order to feel safe and understood.

Her careers have been varied in both private and government roles, inclusive of the justice system, domestic violence advocacy and woman's mental health. There hasn't been much she hasn't been exposed to!

Mary Jane has lived in the UK, Cyprus and  the Middle East. She shares her time between Perth Western Australia and Fort Collins in Colorado USA.  She has 3 adult children, 6 grandchildren, and 2 fur-babies. Mary Jane is able to draw on all this experience, in order to support you on your journey, bringing balance to all areas of your life!
